The Woodstock peace garden is open to the public. The garden is on the grounds of the Alpha school for autism. In the areas high summer winds we sought to plants trees that could act as a good wind break. We also planted as many naturals herbs and fruit trees as we could.

Children with Autism like to be in nature and love animals. We have had positive feedback from staff about the children’s happiness since the garden’s development. The peace garden is a collaboration between a school, a business and the community. This is our home base and we endeavor to develop garden features that inspire. We have working models of Aquaponics, inner city farming practices and various composting systems on display. The garden is home to Plants, Chickens, ducks, worms and fish. We have a nursery, potting shed, and a labyrinth

We would like to design and develop more peace gardens attached to malls or housing developments that can provide essential services whilst sustaining the ecosystems we live in.
