Designed and built in 2019 for a family in Bergvliet, Cape Town this garden is pure sensuality. We worked to create a paradise garden and bring an exotic feel into the space. Design co-creation with Noel McCully. Plant co-creation with Clare Bell. We used Wilsonstone cut pavers in an interesting paving design. These stunning pavers really helped to lift the space. Timber panels set off the boundary wall served the function of hiding the collapsing wall, softening the boundary backdrop and introducing a natural material option. We set garden lights behind the panels. Paradise gardening is the landscaping art of seeing how many colourful, sculptural and architecturally interesting focal plants you can fit into one space. Indulge yourself.
